Data deletion

You can delete your data from inbox-pilot at any time. Deletion is permanent and completes within 7 days.

If you are a business using inbox-pilot

• Sign in and go to Settings → Data & privacy → Delete this business. This removes conversations, customers, orders, bookings, products, knowledge, keys and team access.
• To only stop Facebook access, disconnect your pages in Channels, or remove the app from your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Business integrations).

If you messaged a business that uses inbox-pilot

Your messages belong to that business. Ask them to delete your conversation, or submit a request below and we will forward and complete it.

What we keep

Anonymous AI cost records without message content or identifiers, and encrypted backups which expire within 8 weeks. Copies held by Meta are governed by Meta’s own policies.
